ACE Journal of Neurosciences (ACEJN) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal. To support the costs associated with manuscript handling, editorial management, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, online publication, website maintenance, digital archiving, and long-term preservation, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) only for manuscripts that are accepted for publication. APCs are a standard funding model for many open-access journals.

• No submission fee is charged at the time of manuscript submission.
• APCs are payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication.
• Payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision or peer-review outcome.
• The APC covers editorial processing, peer review administration, professional copyediting, typesetting, online publication, website hosting, and long-term digital archiving.
• There are no additional charges based on article length, number of figures, tables, or supplementary files unless otherwise stated by the journal.
• Accepted articles are published as Open Access, ensuring free and permanent access for readers worldwide.

Waiver and Discount Policy

ACE Journal of Neurosciences may consider partial APC waivers or discounts in exceptional circumstances, including demonstrated financial hardship or other cases approved by the Editorial Office. Requests for waivers or discounts must be submitted before or during the manuscript evaluation process and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
